How do I collect credits?
Show your member code at the till, or tap your phone on the plaque at the counter. Staff confirm the purchase and your credits appear straight away.
How many credits do I need?
Every coffee earns 10 credits. Any coffee you like is free at 90 credits, and any pastry at 180 credits.
What is my prepaid balance?
You can top up in the app and get 15% extra credit for paying upfront. Paying at the till as normal still earns loyalty credits.
My credits are missing
Ask a member of staff at the shop, or email us with the date and shop and we will add them.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@flatcoffeeroasters.ie from your account address and we will delete your account and history within 30 days.
